Bob Zak
Bob started in the foodservice industry in 1975. He worked with used equipment, providing solutions and selling supplies and equipment to restaurant operations. He joined ADE in 1984 because of the ownership group and the opportunity to bring his industry experience to a great company where he could work in a relaxed and fun environment.
Bob works on kitchen layouts and planning, specifying and quoting equipment, and setting up deliveries and installations. Bob is highly knowledgeable and enjoys helping culinary professionals find the right equipment. He also ensures operators are set up with equipment delivery, correct installations, and equipment operation knowledge.

Bob maintains strong relationships with commercial equipment supplier partners, participates in new product training with manufacturers, and stays current with challenges and opportunities in the industry for culinary professionals and upcoming foodservice trends. He attends industry shows and conferences; if there are new equipment, solutions, or industry advances, Bob knows about them.
When Bob is not working, he enjoys quality time with his family, running agility with their dogs, or playing a game of pickleball. Bob and his family love to decorate for the holidays and have won a few village awards. He also likes grilling on their wood-fired pellet grill.
