Steve Schoop, Founder
Some might say Steve is a workaholic, including Steve himself. He enjoys his work and sincerely cares about his team and the relationships he has built in the industry.
​
Steve is involved with planning, sales, and project management. He takes great pride in the customers they have worked with for over 20 years as they continue to expand their concepts.
Kevin Corral
Kevin handles sales and project management, maintains strong relationships with supplier partners, and coordinates training and education for the sales team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
​
Kevin believes in always doing the right thing for everyone involved. Kevin has great respect for the ADE team and enjoys the family-like atmosphere and team work mentality.
Mara Maas
Mara joined ADE Restaurant Services in 1991. As general manager, Mara wears several hats and takes her role very seriously. If something needs to get done, Mara gets it done.

"We survived Y2K, the Great Recession of 2008/2009, and the COVID-19 pandemic. It is Steve’s positive vision that has guided ADE from the very beginning back in 1982. Steve has always tried to treat everyone fairly. I’d like to think I do too."
Mary Hernandez
With her experience as a hotel restaurant and catering manager, Mary brings her first-hand knowledge of food service professionals’ needs, challenges, and opportunities.

“At ADE, we all get along very well and help each other out whenever we can. We work together to ensure our customers are taken care of from the initial planning stage to the opening of their restaurant.”
Iliana Martinez
Iliana drafts preliminary and final restaurant plans with AutoCAD. Her background in foodservice, combined with her core values and passion make her an integral part of the ADE team.

Charmayne Baniqued
Charmayne handles accounting tasks, including preparing statements for customers, reviewing reports to maintain accuracy, managing accounts, and much more.

Maritsa Trujillo
Maritsa is an exceptional Office Assistant. Her role includes entering, maintaining, and updating the ADE database, processing purchase orders, and much more.

James McMahon
Jim came to ADE with an extensive background, including his first role which was drafting plans for McDonald’s kitchen remodels and equipment replacement in 1985. Jim was featured in FE&S magazine 2016.

Bob Zak
Bob joined ADE in 1984. He works on kitchen planning and layout, specifying and quoting equipment, and setting up deliveries and installations. Bob is extremely knowledgable and enjoys helping culinary professionals.

Rob Thompson
Rob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Ball State University in 2008. He worked for an Architecture firm in Wheaton before being hired by ADE in March of 2011 and never looked back.
​
Always looking for ways to bring solutions to the team and to customers, Rob reconfigured the CAD system to increase efficiency and reduce the turnaround time.
Phil Rivera
Phil's responsibilities include CAD layout, specification and quotation, coordination with the installation team, site visits to ensure everything is running smooth and in place, and more.
